At HerbOnlines, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every Herbalife Nutrition product you purchase is delivered in perfect condition and meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns Eligibility
You may return most unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Returned products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).
We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
- Products not purchased directly from HerbOnlines.com
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +44 7719 363588 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address for our UK Enfield warehouse. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the item and packaging to assess the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping fees.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange unopened items for a different flavour or product of equal value. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanged items.
